Welcome to the Docuflo Experience Center.We are pleased to offer you a free trial of Docuflo to help you experience its features and benefits firsthand. By accessing and using the Docuflo Experience Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of the Trial:This trial is provided solely for you to explore and evaluate the capabilities of Docuflo. It is not intended for production use or for managing live data. Any data you input during the trial period should be considered test data and not critical to your operations.
2. Trial Period:The standard trial period is 30 days from the date of your account activation. At the end of this period, your access to the Experience Center will be automatically terminated unless you have arranged for a subscription to the full version of Docuflo.
3. Terms and Conditions:
- Non-Production Use: You agree not to use the Experience Center as a production environment. This trial environment is for evaluation purposes only.
- Data Responsibility: You are responsible for the data you enter during the trial. Docuflo is not liable for any data loss or issues arising from the use of the Experience Center.
- Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Experience Center in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Feedback: We welcome your feedback on your trial experience. Any feedback provided will be deemed non-confidential and Docuflo is free to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
- Account Restrictions: You agree not to sell, license, assign, or create any legal rights or interest in your account to any third party other than staff within your company. Upon breach of this term, Docuflo Cloud may cancel the account and terminate this Agreement immediately without further notice.
4. User Conduct:
- You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Experience Center or the servers and networks connected to it.
- You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Experience Center or its related systems or networks.
5. Intellectual Property:All intellectual property rights in and to the Experience Center and the software are owned by Docuflo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software solely for the purpose of this trial.
6. Confidentiality:
- Docuflo Obligations: Docuflo agrees to hold your confidential information in confidence and not use or disclose it except as necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
- Customer Obligations: You agree to keep confidential all non-public information that you may access through the Experience Center. This includes any proprietary information, software, and features that are part of the trial.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers:
- No Warranties: The Experience Center is provided 'as-is' without any warranties of any kind. Docuflo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Docuflo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Experience Center, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Customer Data:
- Data Ownership: All data stored by you is your property. Docuflo claims no ownership or responsibility for your data.
- Data Loss: Docuflo is not liable for any loss or damage to your data. You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your data.
9. Termination:Docuflo reserves the right to terminate your trial access at any time without notice if you violate any terms of this agreement.
10. Governing Law:This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Acknowledgment:By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
